Jiliaps Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Jiliaps (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the site") operates an online gaming and entertainment platform for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to the jiliaps website, mobile application, and all associated services.

Keeping your jiliaps account secure is your own responsibility. jiliaps will not be held liable for anything that occurs on your account unless it is proven that the issue originated from a fault in our system.

• Account login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, please notify our support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• Any changes to account details (name, address, phone number) must be verified through our support team.

Jiliaps reserves the right to monitor any account's activity. Accounts showing unusual or suspicious activity may be temporarily suspended.

Jiliaps supports transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking systems. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit amount applies and may vary depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Processing is usually completed within 1–3 business days. In some cases, additional time may be required for verification.
• Verification: Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method that was used for the original deposit.

• Game results may be declared void if a technical error occurs.
• If a disconnection occurs mid-game, the outcome will be determined based on jiliaps' server records.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches in any game to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiliaps and will result in permanent account closure:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus system or fraudulent betting.
• Using automated software or bots to play games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Harassing, insulting, or threatening other users.
• Creating or maintaining an account using false information.

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If you have a valid balance, you will be able to withdraw it before the account is closed.

Jiliaps is committed to providing the highest quality of service; however, issues beyond our control may occasionally arise.

• Jiliaps is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Jiliaps is not liable for any loss resulting from a user's own negligence or disclosure of personal information.
• Where delays occur due to issues with third-party payment systems, jiliaps will provide every possible assistance but cannot be held directly liable.
• Gaming losses will not be refunded under any circumstances.
